Where to find tracking
Sign in and open Account → Orders. Every order shows a live timeline — Placed → Confirmed → Packed → Out for delivery → Delivered.

Delivery windows
- Grocery: within 1 hour (Dhaka) or same day (outside Dhaka).
- Pharmacy: within 90 minutes after prescription verification.
- China BD: 7–15 days depending on product and shipping route.

Missed a delivery?
Our rider will attempt redelivery on the next working day. You can reschedule from the order detail page or contact support.
