What is the ShadBDShop Inventory Platform?

It's a partnership model that lets verified individuals and institutions fund working capital for our fast-moving inventory. You contribute capital, we purchase and sell inventory, and net margins are shared.

Who is eligible to join?

Partners must be 18+, hold a valid Bangladesh National ID and have an active Bangladeshi bank account. KYC verification is required before any contribution is accepted.

What is the minimum contribution?

The minimum contribution is BDT 10,00,000 (ten lakh). There is no maximum — larger contributions are reviewed case-by-case by our partnerships team.

What returns can I expect?

Historical performance indicates potential for up to ~15% annualized returns, shared net of supplier and fulfilment costs. Returns are not guaranteed and vary with inventory cycle and market demand.

How are profits shared?

Once supplier payments and handling costs are settled, the remaining margin on your allocated inventory is divided between ShadBDShop and you according to your partnership agreement.

How do I withdraw my funds?

Withdrawal requests are processed within 25 banking days from the request date. Your principal becomes available after the holding period specified in your agreement.

Is there tax deduction at source?

Yes — Advance Income Tax (AIT) is deducted per current NBR regulations before payouts are released. Your partner dashboard shows both gross and net figures.

What inventory will my funds be used for?

Capital is deployed against our 2,000+ best-selling SKUs across Grocery, Pharmacy and China BD verticals, selected through 24 months of demand analysis to minimise unsold-stock risk.

Is my capital guaranteed?

No. Inventory partnership carries market risk — demand shifts, spoilage and slow-moving stock can affect returns. We mitigate through data-driven SKU selection, but no return or principal is guaranteed.

What statuses will I see on my dashboard?

Each inventory lot passes through Purchased, In Warehouse, Pending Delivery and Pending Payout — so you can trace every taka from capital to payout.

Can I increase or decrease my contribution later?

Yes. You can top up at any time subject to review. Reductions follow the same 25-banking-day withdrawal process described above.

How is my information protected?

All partner data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we comply with Bangladesh Bank guidance on financial data handling. Access is restricted to verified personnel.
